Honor X10 Max and Honor 30 Lite: 7 inches and 90 Hz for this mid-range with the lowest price 5G

HONOR had reserved quite a few novelties for the summer, starting with the arrival of the HONOR 9A and the HONOR True Wireless. Today was the turn of more mid-range innovations with 5G, officially presenting the HONOR 10X Max and the HONOR 30 Lite.

These are two new mid-range phones with the Mediatek Dimensional 800 processor, which includes a 5G modem. The Max, as its surname indicates, is larger and integrates a larger battery, the Lite being a smartphone more focused on young audiences.

The design of the HONOR X10 Max is traced to that of its predecessor: both the module, the finishes, and the side fingerprint reader are traced to those of the HONOR X10. Although yes, on the screen we see notable differences.

The last name of this new mobile will surely be inspired by the screen, since it reaches 7.09 inches diagonal . It is a panel with a resolution of 2,280 x 1,080 pixels (density of 356 pixels per inch) and no pop-up camera: in this case there is a notch, as we will see for the next one.

Speaking of the engine, unlike the HONOR X10, which integrates the Kirin 820 of the house, the Max goes with the Dimensional 800 as we have already mentioned in the beginning. Although the specifications indicate that there is a single model with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB, at least two versions of 6 and 8 GB and 64 and 128 GB of storage appear in the purchase links.

That of Max also seems to go for the battery, since in this case a 5,000 mAh battery has been chosen . It has NFC and 5G, and in terms of software it comes with Android 10 under EMUI 10.1 (without Google services).

As for the cameras, it has a triple camera consisting of:

  • 48-megapixel main sensor with f / 1.8 aperture lens.
  • Wide angle with 8 megapixel sensor and f / 2.4 aperture.
  • 2 megapixel sensor for macro photography 4 centimeters away
  • Front camera: 8 megapixels.

It also has a double speaker (one on the upper edge and one on the lower edge), 3.5 mm jack and USB type C. All this accompanied by the Huawei Histen own settings for audio.

HONOR 30 Lite

The 30 Lite stands at the base of the HONOR 30, with an even more casual finish than the rest. Of course, the characteristic brightness of the rear and the rear module for all three cameras is maintained.

In this case, yes, the screen is a 6.5-inch IPS, with Full HD + resolution and notch , which according to the brand occupies approximately 91.2% of the front. What is striking is that the refresh rate is up to 90 Hz, leaving the tactile response at 180 Hz.

This is related to gaming , just like the processor. As we said, it integrates a MediaTek Dimensity 800, having options of 6 and 8 GB of RAM and 64 or 128 GB of storage , expandable with NM Card. The battery remains at 4,000 mAh, supporting 22.5W fast charge, also with EMUI 10.1 without the services of Google and Android 10.

As for photography, we see similarities with the previous one and with many mid-range. It features a triple camera consisting of a 48-megapixel main sensor with f / 1.8 aperture lens, a wide-angle with 8-megapixel sensor and f / 2.4 aperture, and a third 2-megapixel lens for macro photography 4 inches away. . For the front, yes, higher resolution: 16 megapixels.
